Applause! Applause! Who can forget the graduation ceremony of WAHS class of 2005 at War Memorial Field? And the disruption was from the graduating CLASS!! NOT the audience! Those students should have been removed immediately!

Unfortunately, what you describe is the rampant disrespect and rudeness that is displayed on an ongoing basis today. Crude, boorish behavior is now acceptable everywhere. The word "ceremony" is no longer understood.
