I guess we all have problems with either our cellphone service or our Internet. Verizon is our cellphone service and Windstream our Internet. For the 5 to 6 months we vacation in Onoville, NY, we are paying for a dead horse, but because we live in Florida...we keep it to talk to our family who all have Verizon and some have no landline phones. The Internet totally stinks and calls are made to them at least once a week. One of the last calls made to a supervisor told me it would be 2 years before it "might" get better. I have no choice but to keep it plus I am paying $50 per month while living in Florida just so I will be assured of having it when returning to NY state. Also, no discount because service is bad. We have the bundle and the Dish charge is only $5 included with the $50 I pay to Windstream while living here in Florida. This is just not my problem but most everyone who lives in the area.

YES! One for the little guys. Way to go for this guy. We should all do this more often. Its only because of time that we don't and these GIANT companies know this! Also, thanks to the Obama Administration we don't have a T-Mobile and AT&T GIANT today. When these companies get too big, there is nobody to keep them in line. Mostly a other competitors. With the Daytona 500 coming up, would you rather see the 40+ cars go at it or just the Lowes, M&M, and Office Depot cars race?

So, what is the ultimate solution? Restring a line? How can the problem be "repaired" during the wet weather?
