And ay I ask, where are the measurable objectives being brought forth by WCCBI? If either organization could show exactly how the money was going to be spent and what return on investment they were anticipating, with a plan to address any shortcomings, there would not be any debate. All we got was a statement of bigger this, better that, and other lip service that cannot be measured and no way to hold them accountable.

You can't hold one organization to one standard and not the other. The lack of objectivity is glaringly apparent.

Bortz is the mouthpiece because he is MAD. He WILL NOT be questioned. He WILL NOT be challenged. His attitude is terrible for a county official. He needs to work on his people skills.

are you in these offices and/or meetings? To me it sounds like big money was. And I thought Vanco was still the head of Warren County Commissioners...Just why is Bortz the mouthpiece?!???

looks to me like someone is trying to hide something on the part of the wcvb if they are finding bills they didn't know of, and aren't producing the requested paper showing what's going on. I think the city should definitely hold the money in escrow (unless they have plans to use it and this is a legal way to "steal" it. I think the WCVB better get off their arse and pony up paperwork and I think the aforementioned audits need to be performed. someone is screwing everyone else in this city from the sounds of it and everyone needs to remember, this city is supposed to run on teamwork. If it's being asked for, there's a reason. If it's not being presented, then someone is hiding something. This isn't free money but we all see how greed can take over.
