Our "leadership" is too busy rubbing the want ads in public employees faces to realize that they are being fleeced by bogus development plans. The real question is how money stays in town in the pockets of local "leaders" who brokered these deals. Perhaps some of our councilors should be shown the want ads. Respect breeds respect. Our "leadership" has no respect for the public employees that make the City run.

Once Mayor Phillips is out of office, it will come out. A deal was made that he wouldn't have to face the music as Mayor. I'm sure they'll all get off the hook one way or another.

Some people have a very hard time learning from their mistakes. Some NEVER do. Case in point: the presidential election of 2012. We'll all pay for their slow learning.
