There needs to be oversight into what the almighty PENNDOT spends money on. Too much waste. PA 62 north of Warren, $2.3 mil for turn lanes, PA 8 south of Titusville, who can explain that huge waste of money. Just replace a bridge, No need for major landscaping.

Wow, Kathy Rapp is actually representing us instead of meddling in our bedrooms and religion. I may faint. I can't believe that I actually agree with her on something. Can't wait for one-term Tom to leave office.

Finally, Rep. Rapp comes through. I wonder, though, is she trying to paint herself as a populist leading up to the next election cycle? A "No" vote is pretty much a no-brainer, especially in rural PA, and costs her essentially nothing in terms of political ill-will from constituents of any stripe.
