What this town, and many others need, is a rooming house for all the people that are living with their parents that are older. Something that is cheaper than an apartment. Apartments are too high to rent for people that don't have high paying jobs. At least one of these buildings could be made into a rooming house.

The district should INSIST that every sale have a 5-year or shorter reverter clause if a new use is not COMPLETED. Remember Pittsfield School. It's unfair to communities to have these buildings sit there for years while speculators try to make millions and they deteriorate.
