Does the writer think that the TAWC turns a profit or breaks even on operations?

For some reason, two letters are in this article. "It is simply a policy forced on us by the Supreme Court to silence the Church in all public places." Apparently, Mr. Hannah skipped Civics class in school. It is the Supreme Court's duty to uphold our Constitution. No one is telling him he can't speak his belief in public places. The Constitution IS telling him that he can't legislate his belief onto others. It truly puzzles me how people keep missing this fundamental foundation of our country.

The point Frugal is I don't think it appropriate to be screaming and yelling about public transport in Pittsburgh and Philly that serves hundreds of thousands when we have a taxpayer funded system here that doesn't nearly pay for itself that serves hundreds. I'm for accountability across the board and rooting out mismanagement but I'm not for railing against the cities and forgetting our own non-self supporting system.
