It's not very hard nor time consuming to find ones way to travel east bound on the by-pass, especially for all but the heavy haulers who bring their waste products to the river site.

When Main St interchange was installed, that was the end of the four lane. That's why it had no east bound ramps.NOW! ,there is NO reason to install them.YOU have No understanding of the cost to install them now. Those east bound ramp would be very costly ,it's a major construction job for a little truck traffic. Cement is not the most bang for your buck in this climate.Your memory isn't very good.Don't you remember the four lane (SR0006) from Warren to Youngsville a few short years ago? The cement surface was terrible.Thank God that is gone. As for the new surface ,that was a new mix design, and was not made correct and was replaced by supplier. I think they made a GREAT decision on the plans for the new two lane plus a turn lane, and NO east bound ramps. I don't agree with Penn DOT in some matters, but they made a GREAT decision on this road. I do agree with the writer on one thing,THEY DON"T UNDERSTAND. They said it not me.
