And who would be first in line to sue if sickness broke out? We've heard about a lot of sickness linked to improperly prepared/stored food lately.

Also if you actually read the law which Mary Ann didnt, it literlly says every kitchen in PA has to be inspected. Wait until they start enforcing that.
