Why not tap the pool of unemployed and Welfare recipients who are receiving gov't checks, but cannot (or will not) find work. Would they rather do nothing, or serve America's finest with their "spare" time. They could also be out cleaning up roadways, mowing/raking lawns and shoveling sidewalks of the elderly/infirmed. I really wish that I was able to help. Why aren't there a few that could help, doing so? This is very sad. Why won't some of Warren's finest, $100,000 and above earners, helping?????
