15 to 20 years in the field PLUS mandatory land use law training not good enough for you? Dan Glotz is one of the good guys that actually helps people get things done. If you think the winner of a township popularity contest is more qualified to administer land use law, I question your qualifications to criticize.

Again, what level of "training" does he have? Does he have any degree from any university in the field of planning or zoning? Very few counties (if any) in Pa. employ a zoning officer. Typically zoning is administered by the township, boro or city. Also "county" zoning is accepted by less than half the municipalities in Warren County.

My point is that township supervisors have ZERO planning and land use knowledge or experience. That's why the County employs a professional.

Public service used to be an honorable and respected profession. Now the government hate has trickled down to the local level. Pathetic.

With the lack of industrial land in the county why would they want to allow residential development within industrial zones.

Conewango Twp. should do as Farmington Twp. and get out of county zoning. I have more faith in the supervisors than Danny Glotz and his side kick Aaron.
