I'm so glad that we have people like Wendy to help us make parental decisions. I can't believe I've been taking my kids to the pool all summer to beat the heat. The library story time doesn't fit our schedule. Maybe I'll write a letter and attend a meeting to accommodate my family. * Sarcasm * Wendy, I have 3 solutions for you...1)wear sunscreen 2) go on a weekend with your husband 3) build your own pool

Thank you lala! I'm so glad I wasn't alone in feeling irritated over this ridiculousness! Did anyone catch that they can't go because they eat lunch at 3-330, not just her husbands work schedule? wow! My husband would be more irritated with me either sleeping so late that our schedules are so late while he works for us or irritated that his kids weren't eating til so late but I'm not going to tell her how to parent! Right now the temperatures have dipped, how many have been at the pool? Not so much..at the end of the day, if they accommodate this crap, it will kill the pool as it struggles enough.
