And don't forget Corbett had the assistance of legislators like Rapp, Scarnati, Hutchinson, and Causer to present this giant gift to the drillers. This is something even Texas won't do. Google "compulsary integration law" and listen to Texan Chip Northrup. it's bad.

Let me get this right. If I lease my property with a lower limit to prohibit deep well gas extraction, and my neighbor leases his without restriction, they are saying that it is legal for the driller on my neighbor's property to drill horizontally under my property and extract resources that are legally mine?
