With respect - Back to the topic of fiscal responsibility and away from an attack on HSUS policies and fees, which are consistent - those who 'do the crime' should make restitution for the costs. One way to keep "prices" lower so they don't have to cover the costs. True conservatism.

Approximately $330 per month to care for a dog? What are they feeding them?
