I don't understand the cutting squares into the road in different spots and three guys staring at the square and one guy maybe pushing a little gravel around inside the square and another guy sitting in a vehicle? Also, i could have swear i have seen the squares and isles or rectangles cut outs in the road paved over and filled, then another week saw either the same squares and other areas cut out again with people standing around. There only about a foot deep? What are they doing ? I could use some extra money if they need any help. Times are tough and i think i should qualify for hanging around a few squares and catch some rays.

sickofit: you mean the one between the 2012 Equinox and 2010 Ford Escape? The one that has photos over the top 1/4 of today's paper? That accident, yea they probably should report on that and how the passenger of the Escape had to be extricated from the vehicle.
