Good job Senator Hutchison and Rep. Rapp for the use of common sense and fortitude to stand up to the special interest and lobbyist. They are not always appreciated but we have a great set of representatives for our area. Let them know.

There needs to be better oversight in to how transportation money is spent. All people have to do is look around and see things like over $2 million dumped into "upgrading" PA 62 north of Warren for turn lanes and curbs in certain areas. Still have no idea as to "why" other than someone knows someone somewhere. They can't just blacktop (it only last a couple of years now), they have to tear up old roads and berms and realign the whole area. Anyone drive down the PA 8 south of Titusville recently? Another "Why?".
