I forgot the best one.

Lots of traffic and it's not moving yet people enter the intersection since the light is green. Then the light changes and they are stuck in the intersection and the cross traffic, which now has right of way due to green light, can't get through because the of bozo stuck in the intersection.

5% was just a guess, I hear ya and don't disagree.

A couple pet peeves: Waiting at a green light to make left turn and first car at light doesn't enter intersection so they can take the left turn when it's safe to do so, light changes so they are now sitting at red light and can't turn so no cars get to go through.

People not at a light trying to make left turn and they stay in the middle of the road so no one can get around them going straight. Very considerate.

People who basically don't stop at a right on red intersections. You have to stop look both ways insure no traffic including pedestrians then proceed. Some people think right on red is just like having a green light.

I encounter bad driving in Warren every single day, so it is def. a higher rate than 5%.

This is amusing. And I thought it was only those darn cyclists that didn't obey the traffic laws.

You see it's always the bad examples that stand out in peoples minds.

In reality it's likely 5% of the drivers that ignore these rules and laws.

Just like it's likely 5% of the cyclists that ignore the rules and laws.

So making blanket statements about all drivers and all cyclists only confirms in my eyes a person ignorance.

Jamesway all over again only worse with the light at Jackson run. People will pull from the light only to turn into sheetz and the fool on his phone behind him is going to rear end him because they aren't watching and too busy yapping!

When I learned how to drive, much of it was also about defensive driving. In Pittsburgh, I can put my turn signal on stick the nose of my vehicle in and then enter a lane maintaining speed. No one there wants to have an accident. Defensive driving is about using signals, watch for what other vehicles are doing, maintaining the flow of traffic, and recognize that you don't own the road. Too many people think they have complete right of way and feel that if someone hits them then they pay rather than trying to avoid accidents. It is complete selfishness on the roads. I grew up driving in a big city but yet the most inconsiderate drivers that I have ever encountered have been here.

Gee who could have possible see that happening! I said this was going to be a place of a lot of accidents before it was even built.

The worst is when i am in the left lane doing the speed limit heading into Warren and ahead of everyone except you because you are over the speed limit and coming up on my right, then you just hang there and DON'T pass me on the right. That really kills me. Thats when i absolutely put the pedal to the metal and blow you away because in my opinion you could chill and slip in behind me or just pass me but when you hang in my blind spot like that it really ******me off.

Appears that the person in the car was in a hurry and not paying attention to his driving. I've almost been hit head on at the intersection of 62 and 957 by people turning from 62 onto 957 cutting the corner and driving on the wrong side of 957. Also I'm wondering why PennElect has SMV triangles on their power poles down on 62. I realize the poles are really slow moving but they don't need SMV markers. I thought SMV signs were for use only on farm equipment, buggies and etc.

I agree with writer10. Yesterday I observed 12 vehicles in downtown Warren that turned without signaling.

Do people think everyone knows what they are planning on doing?

I call it, pay attention to your driving. Less ADD drivers is what the area needs, not more traffic lights. I have been in areas with far heavier traffic and fewer accidents. Time to wake up Warren area drivers, you lack of paying attention is affecting everyone.
