Take their $50,000 bail money and credit it towards the damages they owe.

I think it will end up being much more than $ 50,000. Contract cleaning crews are not inexpensive.

Punks. I do wonder, though; was their motivation just idiotic drunkenness, or do they hate their school that much, a la Columbine?

No, Dubedit. They are just idiots with too much time on their hands. And apparently no sense at all.

Those boys should be down there cleaning up that mess themselves. How high do you have to be to commit a crime and leave behind your grad year and initials just in case the cameras weren't enough evidence? Wow.

Very sad!!

It is very sad that people feel they have a right to destroy property at all..

This is very sad. They obviously need some drug/alcohol counseling and some mental health counseling. Major cry for help here. Pray that they get the help they need and not just more bashing from the community in which they live.

FORTHEKIDS, how many more years of "help" should the taxpayer provide? They just finished 13 years. These people need consequences, SERIOUS CONSEQUENCES.

Heydrich, I agree that there needs to be serious consequences. Do the crime, do the time. But bashing these people is not the answer. "It takes a community to raise a child." And I am sure you know nothing of these peoples lives. Maybe they come from good homes and are good kids but got caught up in drugs or etc. All I am saying is I pray to GOD they get the help they need becausing bashing them is not going to fix the problem.

One of my neighbors owns a restoration company in Youngsville and they travel the eastern part of the country working on schools and hospitals. I guess they didn't get so much as a call from the school. Great way to keep our tax money local Warren County School District!

"It takes a community to raise a child."

That saying makes my skin crawl. It takes dedicated, involved parental guidance to raise a child, not a bunch of do goodie good - touchy feely slogans.

I think that they may receive training in identifying it?

"how many more years of "help" should the taxpayer provide?"

Obamacare will take care of that, cradle to grave.

Well, MTOMTO, it is just that kind of negativity that brings this county down. So many negative people, so many drugs, so much crime.

That's right, we cannot teach values and morals any longer. Get a drug problem, we'll help you. Destroy stuff, we'll help you. Get knocked up, we'll help you. Kill someone, we'll help you. That's trash. Parents, raise your children well. Give them attention, show them consequences. Stop expecting everyone else to do it for you after they fail. You have extra money you want to do something with, throw it at the GOOD PEOPLE, the good, young people who will lead this country in the future. Stop throwing it away on the undisciplined, disrespectful, careless, ambition-free people who ruin life for the rest of us. Enough is enough.

"I think that they may receive training in identifying it? " Identifying it and doing something about it are 2 different things.

"Well, MTOMTO, it is just that kind of negativity that brings this county down. So many negative people, so many drugs, so much crime."

So now I'm a negative, drug addicted, criminal?

The most important thing that all you do-gooders MUST understand is that, regardless of the problem, you CANNOT HELP ANYONE WHO DOES NOT WANT HELP! That desire must come from within. You can talk all you want, you cannot put it into anyone else. So stop pretending to be something you cannot be. You cannot fix a problem which is not recognized as a problem by the one who has it. So, consequences are what you are left with. Do you seriously believe these kids have remorse? WAKE UP!

oh..I see...so this type of crime or any crime only happens if you come from a bad home. And if you do drugs or drink alcohol you must come from a bad home. Oh--and if you get pregnant you must come from a bad home. I think NOT!

"Identifying it and doing something about it are 2 different things."

They legally have to report signs of possible abuse?
