what would make sense is a two way stop. With the exception of an hour in the Am and an hour in the PM the traffic entering PA Ave from Liberty is minimal

i would disagree with penndot if liberty st. and penna. ave. are as busy as hickory or markets streets. remember the stop light removed from pa. ave. and east st?

OK, then, let the city put up LARGE signs: "FOUR-WAY stop ahead!" to aid the visitors it claims it is so eager to bring into Warren so they can spend money here.

We know the few can do it .They don't like change,but now that they have to pick up the tab,It will be just fine.It's not that hard.
