And after you saw the top-half doctor and the bottom-half doctor -- wouldn't you have to go to the bellybutton-middle doctor?

Don't give them ideas MTO. You would have to see doctor A for your top half and then when everything on the top half was checked out ok you would then have to go next door to see doctor B to check your bottom half. Imagine the cost to you having to do it that way.

They have hospitals that only treat you for problems above the waist?

The top hospitals led the way taking advantage of facility fees. These include "The" Cleveland Clinic and UPMC. Other hospitals have simply followed suit to compete for limited health care dollars.

They charge $10 for a Tylenol. Next they'll be charging an extra $5 for the bottle it came in. Why not a $2 fuel surcharge for the gas it took to deliver it to the hospital. Greed never ends. I believe in reasonable fees, but please justify this.

Lets not forget that the hospital is a nonprofit organization. There is a reason the county is after them for tax dollars.
