Safe seat for the GOP, part of the ALEC plan for the next Presidential race. Really unqualified and a do-nothing for the district. Just keep voting her back into office. Never thought I would miss Jim Lynch.

"I'm not really a doctor, I just play one in the legislature." I see "Dr." Rapp is still trying to tell people what to do with their own bodies. She's against "Obamacare" but has no problem telling the insurance companies what to do, here. Hypocritical much?

Know nothing, do nothing political hack. I'm proud to say I've NEVER voted for her. Do something for your constituents for once!

Kathy Lets start working on such things as to what you can do to help the people in your district. Not calling people criminals in your opinion personally your opinion means little to me..Until a few months ago I thought you had left the area. Jim Lynch was certainly more proactive than you.

We should all deny her votes in November. Vote "Anyone but Rapp" by write-in in November. She is a tool for industry and ALEC.
