If those in question are found guilty, I wonder what the outcome will be? Pay back funds, jail time, both?? Anyone wish to speculate?

Oh, stick your "mandatory" sentences. How'd that work out for zero-tolerance on weapons in school? Kids kicked out for bringing squirt guns, nail clippers, etc. Yes, corruption in government is a serious problem. More serious is stupidity in the electorate.

Thank you for the update Mr. Ristau. I had been wondering about the status of the investigation.

"While I think a DA with a backbone would of already arrested those responsible."

I don't think the DA can do anything while there is an active State AG investigation. I believe their hands are tied on this one.

Even if the DA could file charges, what are the chances he would win if it went to trial? He just got beat for the 3rd time this year by an inmate representing himself.

They will face regular sentencing once it has been investigated by the states Attorneys Generals office. The state will build the case, if they can, [they will] and they"ll do a good job of it and hang em like the do in Bellfont Pa. ..................... "Hang Em High" 3-4 indictments may be in store.

Plus the costs. Hours upon hours of the DA's time. Lawyers for the defense (probably paid for by the taxpayers). Most likely a large increase in the malfeasance insurance premiums.
