I'm getting the distinct impression that the Hospital Administration thinks this is going to the Court of Public Opinion when it's really going to a Court of Law. Still wondering how the $850,000 in salaries for the top 3 executives compares to other hospitals of similar size in communities of similar economic status.

P.I.L.O.T. Payment in Lieu Of Taxes. This is a common problem throughout the state, look at how much property is considered tax exempt. Parks, church properties, schools, hospitals, government property, etc. Would it bankrupt Warren General to fork over at least something. The police, fire department, public works are there alot, especially the police.
