"Private property rights"; so who among us owning land still have property rights? Effectively, Act 13 rammed through the Republican legislature in Harrisburg allows oil and gas-based industrial activities everywhere, including residential housing areas. These activities are not subject to any zoning requirements. I'm betting our local officials not only didn't at least try to stop this measure, but probably supported it. Yet, Chairman Vanco and Commissioner Secretary Bortz felt compelled to invoke "private property rights" ("the foundation of our country"). It will be too late when the property values hit rock bottom. Thank you, gentlemen (sarcastically).

"I"m not telling you" means, to me, that she's just making an assumption. She told herself because she disagrees with the process, it must be crooked. We tend to do that a lot, don't we?

"we're dealing with private property rights, which is the foundation of this country." Thank you Mr. Bortz. In other words, "Mind Your Own Business" You can not control your neighbors property for your personal benefit. Good job commissioners for making the right decision and not being dictated by the vocal few.
