Of all the requirements,let's incorporate a little common sence,if that is possible.All the paper hung on the wall does'nt mean squat,if there is no common sence,and that's something we have lacked in the past,except for the early years.

In addition to being qualified, let's pick one that is willing to MOVE his or her family to Warren (if they have one) and put his/her kids in Warren County Schools if he/she has one.

It's all precedent. I believe that the Director of Buildings & Grounds Services doesn't live here, then how can they force the Super to do so?

What incentive is there for the administration to select a new one? A healthy monthly increase to hire a consultant who does all of the heavy lifting? Not a bad gig if you ask me.
