A big thank-you goes out to my dad....Dennis Sturdevant and all the volunteers that continue to restore the Sheffield train depot. All your time and effort has not been overlooked. Make a point to visit the train depot in Sheffield next time you are in the area. It will surely not disappoint.

Once connected by train, Warren County has lost not only a freight connection for businesses, but a travel connection into and out of the County.

Having gone by air and train recently, there is more missing than just the depots. When one goes by air it is like you are by yourself. Most people seem sealed off from all others. When at a train depot, there seems to be more talk between people and when on the train there is more talk and sharing. I will travel by train more often.
