BUT whether being half-full is not the point dubedit,..there are and have been regular riders that rely on these fixed routes to get them to Warren to work, Doctors appointments or even going to a cheaper place to shop. Sometimes these buses are half empty but there are other times that they are full!

If the buses were at least half-full, this would be a different matter. Fixed route buses just don't generate the traffic in small towns.
