i would think that during the summer when it rains, we would know that there is an INCREASE in sewer and NOT cut our capacity in half. Need a bit better planning.

Why is there storm water running into the plant? I thought that was supposed to be corrected with the smoke tests they did years back.

During heavy rains water may go into basements. Sump pumps move this water to your sanitary sewer system not the storm water system where your downspouts should do. Imagine how many old houses in Warren have wet basements which need sump pumps.
