Hope the property owners get a good lawyer and sue.Its only a matter of time,before they cross the wrong homeowners.Taxes are paid leave them alone.

I'd think the survivors of a firefighter or child who died in that building could also sue. Care to put YOUR name on that deed?

dubedit Thats the whole point they are the ones that will be sued.This blighted committe running around are not doing anybody any favors.They are violating your rights as a property owner. If their ever is a problem they the property owners will be liable.Give them time this group will be telling you what color your house needs to be.No gravel driveways,trees are too tall.not enough trees too many trees.Im sure their is a much better use of tax dollars and time.Do not even get me started on this group using tax money for funding.
