How in the world would a stop light at PA and Liberty benefit low- to moderate-income people?

is there a number to those pedestrians who walk with their heads down texting that Zavinski says he watched? 2? 200? Do a qualified street survey to see about the light. I think you should put one in. This city doesn't need another hotel and convention center. We have buildings that are vacant you could look into using for that, but this town isn't that big that you need a convention center and if you waste money on one, then shame on you. How about fixing the streets the right way. There's a crater on Market and 5th that's practically big enough to swallow a car. And I don't see how a Hotel and convention center fits in with funds set up for low to moderate income tasks. if that's what it's for, then help TAWC keep their head above water and stop thinking of a dead dream.
