Mr. Harvey draws a hard fiscal line consistantly expressing reduced spending that benefits lower taxes. Your comparison to other officials is not accurate.

I agree Jimmy1 but the other thing is....why is it that Sam Harvey seems to be the only one opposed to EVERYTHING!!! This guy is definitely not good for the City and I hope it gets voted out in his next election. He's worse than the Mayor and the old City Manager.

Since it is only used like 6 months a year that tells me we only got 6 to 6 1/2 years out of it! Buy a better make!
