Oh, heck, he might not want the world to know he visited a jewelry store to buy a surprise gift for his wife for Valentine's Day -- or buy a surprise gift for Valentine's Day that his wife never saw!

I am trying to understand the circumstances that would prompt the Commonwealth to withold information. Personnel matters, particulalry those including medical information could be one, the other could be information regarding on-going criminal investigations. Save for the right to protect against self-incrimination, what other reason to redact entries could there be?
