What's the difference between this and the administration citing "executive privelage" other than the level of government? Seems he is getting his playbook from on high?

Oh, heck, he might not want the world to know he visited a jewelry store to buy a surprise gift for his wife for Valentine's Day -- or buy a surprise gift for Valentine's Day that his wife never saw!

I am trying to understand the circumstances that would prompt the Commonwealth to withold information. Personnel matters, particulalry those including medical information could be one, the other could be information regarding on-going criminal investigations. Save for the right to protect against self-incrimination, what other reason to redact entries could there be?
