first i cannot use caps right now sorry. i am appalled at the act itself and that any adult hurts a child. it is a criminal act. i also cannot believe there is only one other comment here... people need to try to stand up and help our children who cannot help themselves.

Maybe he will be held accountable for his actions instead of a ridiculous plea deal since he has been charged outside of Warren County.
