Dear editor: Instead of Sugar Grove hiring a constable to enforce a new ordinance, how about hiring someone to clean up the “sticky problem”? It’s got to be less expensive for the taxpayers and......

They spend half the money in town, and you worry about manure on the street. Have Mr.Bauer pick it up....if not this may not be "The Sweetest Little Town on the Map".

You know why guessagain, because "somoneone else" is supposed to fix the problem. These people that are so offended will sit and do nothing but complain about how "noone" is doing anything. They will get some kind of feel good law passed, go home happy and the crap will still be on the street.

I am surprised that an enterprising person has not gone around and scooped the manure up. What better fertilizer after it has been cured. I know some people that would pay good money for that stuff.
