Was passing thru youngsville the other day.After we stopped at all the traffic lights without any traffic at them,it was relatively painless.Mineweaser must of been patroling that bridge that no one is allowed to park on any longer.People have been parking their since it was built.Should be a good cash cow for awhile.

Typical Youngsville. Have laws on the books and selectively enforce them. They do this with sidewalks, blight, grass, employee rules, whatever. Nice of them to advertise this practice in the paper. At least everyone will know that it's possible to operate outside the law in Youngsville if you know the right people. AND if you tick off the wrong people, the potential is there for them to make your life miserable. They just might get you. What a stupid practice. Wonder if anyone from PennDOT read this story today?
