Sounds like Mr Mineweaser is trying to move up in the ranks of county DUI enforcement.The human body is very complex and him saying thru training that he can tell what drugs or alcohol you have in your system.Or have had in your system ,I call bull.People work 12 hours are tired ,eyes blood shot.Symptoms of being on drugs.Now that they have the enforcement thing figured out.I wish they would stop selling it on the street corners.

I don't think that they will let you leace on probation, unless you get your sentence commuted to anothe jurisdiction.
