Of particular concern to me is the fact that Congressman Issa (CA), who is the primary push to defund the USPS, has received campaign contributions from UPS and FedX. Most people do not know that postage sales fund the agency, not taxpayer dollars and that elimination of Saturday mail will add two days to delivery time to mail items such as Social Security, pension benefits, and unemployment checks. No comments? Wow. Wake up.

maybe there's no concern because those checks can be direct deposited into your account. I don't know for sure about pension, but I know the other 2 can.
