And you disagree on what ? This is fact.... You'll agree with this one ..It could be made into a gun store one 1 end ,Range for assult rifles on another,Tea party meetig room by Kays And for all our local Malitia members you can share a room with the white supremisists.

They should pay what they owe. These older malls seem to show a pattern.Its a small area the mall ran its life now its a right off. Why do you think Zamias kept it so long? Now they owe 13.5 Mill and get let off for A mere $720,000.. God bless corporate America. " The billioaires get to pay less tax .."And the working poor just fall through the cracks". jm Sheetz paid I think More than a million dollars for that lot.. Pay Up!

I know if I owned or was in charge of a chain store of the mall variety I wouldn't place a store in there. That mall is ugly and has never been updated, and they can't figure out why no stores want to go in there. It's just like the housing market, you can have two houses that are the same, one is updated and modern, the other has shag carpet and bright colors, the modern one will sell for 20k more than the shag carpet one. Update the mall and the chances increase greatly. Look what happened when the commons was built, nobody wants to open a store in Warren they would say. If that was true than how did the commons fill right in, oh yeah; it's modern not old and ugly.
