Gosh, Carl. You make me feel so guilty. TWICE in the last two weeks I ran red lights. BOTH times I did it right in front of law enforcement. I held my breath both times and neither one gave me a ticket. The second time I had locked my brakes up and slid right through the intersection. I should have been ticketed for driving too fast for conditions. I'm just blessed that I didn't cause an accident. And I vow that I will be a more cautious driver henceforth. Maybe I do need a refresher evaluation. ??
