How can the Warren General hospital be called non profit, one trip to the ER can cost 1000.00 for a visit less than one hour. These prices are making a profit for the hospital. The Y does not pay taxes although they collect membership fess. The other fitness business in town charge membership fees, snap fitness is just one. This business is not tax exemt .
