How can the Warren General hospital be called non profit,one trip to the ER can cost 1000.00 for a visit less than one hour.These prices are making a profit for the hospital.The Y does not pay taxes although they collect membership fess.The other fitness business in town charge membership fees,snap fitness is just one.This business is not tax exemt .
