What businesses formerly occupied those buildings? I can't remember back far enough to recall any stores/offices in them. Anyone?

Which is it WTO? A shabby eyesore or "prime" real estate?

NWS Bank has chosen to keep its headquarters/jobs in Warren, PA. We need to eliminate eyesores and revive our tax base. How about selling the land for building upon to add tax payments and redirect the fund$ to the payment of the ACA building paybacks? When did we the City taxpayers buy that piece of property? A good topic for detective work at the Courthouse deed office.
