The City has been trying for many years to unearth ways to sell some of the high-maintenance parks with deed restrictions impeding that. We need no new parks. There is one proposed a half block away on the NWS Bank improvement project land. They maintain, we benefit. Again, tax dollars for a building which brings in revenue is the solution.
