Turning blue for charity

I thought the District had adopted a policy that students would be "cut off" when their lunch debt reached a ceiling. ?? I also wonder how much of the $100k+ lunch debt has been recouped. (Or did the tax-payer end up "eatig" the deadbeat lunch debt?) No child should go without eating. But no parent should be allowed to dump their RESPONSIBILITY onto society, either. Once again, the deadbeats win. Welcome to the "fundamental change" of America.
