DiPierro is a slumlord! a craphole house he owns in the city burned at least twice. It was collapsed and lays in a pile at the intersection of spring st and public way. Until some little kid dies in one of these buildings, the powers that be will continue to dork around with these slumlords.

"As for the DiPierro property in Saybrook, the Conewango Township supervisors re-inspected it and suggested that it move on in the process". Why would Conewango Twp. supervisors inspect a property not located in Conewango township?
