Sorry, Carol. I thought everyone knew that "the rules" no longer apply. We have 12 million illegals roaming our strets, the gov't knows about them and does nothing about it. Last night I saw a car make an illegal left turn from PA Ave (east-bound) into the drug store parking lot directly in front of at PA State Police car. No lights/siren, no ticket, no concern. The law was broken and there was no penalty. Look at how many charges are dropped (not prosecuted) in court actions. Justice is so capricious, dependent on the mood of the enforcers.

The look of your house and grass is your problem, should not be controlled by government. As for the sidewalk, gee, it snows here in PA., this is nothing new. Be prepaired for slippery conditions in everything you do. Some people work for a living(I know, strange concept) and can't get to shoveling until 6pm. and by then it is all packed down and can't be compleatly removed. And yes I do help the gentleman beside me by shoveling his, he's 90yrs old, but I refuse to help younger people who are just plain lazy!

Sounds like an over exaggeration on most points in the letter. Glad I'm not your neighbor. Thanks for the chuckle though. Stop with the whining already.
