The window replacement at WAHS was not a complete replacement of all the panels. Only panels that were deemed "needing replaced" were changed and not all done in one shot. Extremely bad panels were replaced the first summer and any still in need were done the following summer.

If memory serves, I believe "window panels" at WAHS have all been replaced within the last couple of years at a cost of millions of dollars.
