"We're confident a grand jury investigation that has been going on for more than a year about the Anchor Grant project has not been lost on Mr. Martinucci" shouldn't he be addressed as "Attorney Martinucci"?

Our elected officials in the City of Warren have painted themselves into a corner that they can't sue their way out of. Their threat of a lawsuit is a scare tactic that isn't working. The best defense is an aggressive offense, eh "City of Warren?" I'm ready for some names to be named. I'm ready for some personal accountability.
