I for one am glad the Seneca Nation has thrown their hat in the ring.They have very competent personel to operate the hydroelectric operations at the Kinzua Dam,as does First Energy. Change can be good,down with monopoly.

Didn't First Energy stop paying their taxes on the property for while? How many years was that? How much did us taxpayers lose on that deal? They should be dis credited for that reason alone. "Refusal to pay due taxes". Give it to the rightful owners, the Seneca!
